June Client of the Month

Garage Gym is proud to announce that Glen Green is the June Client of the month

Glen started his journey with Garage Gym November 2011. Glen is now going into his junior year at Waterville central School and plays soccer and tennis while actively working on his family farm. He started at Garage Gym with hopes of increasing his strength and body weight allowing him to become a stronger asset to his team on the soccer field and tennis courts. We made a few adjustments to Glens food intake, eliminated most dairy(slightly intolerant) and started him on a 1x/wk strength training program (yup only 1x per week as that is what his scheduled allowed for). He's been extremely dedicated missing only a few sessions in the last 7 months. His Uncle Jim and both Glens parents have played a critical role in helping him become successful.
Here are a few of Glens before and after stats.

Nov 2011
Bodyweight 140
Bench press 50 x 5
Back squat 65 x 5
Deadlift 70 x 8
0 chinups
0 full depth pushups

Current
Bodyweight 158
Bench press 90 x 5
Back squat 155 x 8
Deadlift 135 x 8
2 chinups
15 full depth pushups

Glens future is bright as both a great person and an athlete. His interest and passion for strength and conditioning will continue to yield impressive results as his journey continues. This is one strong kid, that is going to continue to grow.

Well done Glen!
