Why I do this...
I love training and educating. I'm obsessed with human performance, movement and health. I see unbelievable potential in everyone and I MEAN EVERYONE. Give me someone with a heart and commitment and I will transform them. I am surrounded by positive people who are working towards goals and progressively getting better everyday. I have the privilege to train clients everyday that are striving to accomplish numerous different things.

We make it happen at the Garage Gym....we are that little secret people have in their back pocket...if you train here, you are balanced, strong and confident.
