Tonight was action packed. The Garage Gym was full of athletes sweating and breathing hard. Insane intensity by everyone.

Workout:
4 sets 7 heavy front squats or Goblet squats
rest 0 sec
10 burpees
rest 0 sec
Row 150m or Airdyne 10 cals
rest 5 min
