1/24/11 Group Class



Are you pushing hard enough in your workouts?


What a night! Its sub zero outside but inside the Garage Gym, sweat is steaming off our athletes heads.

That was a nail biter. Awesome job, we may have built a rivalry tonight :)



I attended the OPT CCP Assessment course this weekend down in Fairfield CT.
That was a great time!! It opened my eyes to what COACHING is really like. Everyone at the Garage Gym is going to benefit from this class and im soooo excited to bring back what I have learned. If you are looking to become an actual COACH not just a trainer then this is a class for you. Word of advice, ASSESS ALL YOUR CLIENTS, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! IF YOUR TRAINER CAN NOT EXPLAIN TO YOU "WHY" YOUR DOING A SPECIFIC WORKOUT, there is a problem there.

Mike was put through the Sorenson test tonight.
Score= 1:21 well done Mike, 2:00 soon
