TOUGH MUDDER 2010



The Tough Mudder in NJ Nov 21st was an amazing experience! I ran with team Unbroken which consisted of Pat Skinner and new OPT Big Dawg Ryan. I decided to run this race for the challenge of it. 12 Miles of 45 degree water, 48 degree air temp, mud, hills, fire and electric wires. It truely tested the mental strength of all the runners. I will definatley be putting together a team from the Garage Gym, Crossfit Binghamton and Hamilton College next year. Be ready!!
