where ive been....

Geeez, ive disappeared again for a few months! here's a quick update of whats been going on...much more to come soon.
This summer was crazy! Lish and I built a new home with our crossfit gym in the back yard! We have been living in a tiny apt all summer long and ive been having to do my workouts at hamilton college. I am teaching OPT fitness classes to staff and students 2x a week at Hamilton and the popularity of the class is growing quickly. Our gym (name unknown at this point, ideas anyone?) will be finished within the next 2 weeks im hoping! We will be opening our doors to the public soon holding evening group fitness classes. We have alot planned for our gym and for the future of building a community of athletes looking to become healthier and fitter.

My training and work capacity has been stalled the last few months but im still training hard. My next competition will be the tough mudder in NJ nov 21st. Ouch, looks like a tough one.
